Privacy Policy: YouWe VinFast WhatsApp assistant

Last updated 9 October 2026

This policy explains how YOUWE & CARS (GSTIN 07AABFY8053E1Z4), an authorised VinFast dealer with showrooms at F-1/9, Phase 1, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi 110020; Ground Floor, LG 18-19, Som Datt Chamber-I, 5 Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi 110029; and Faridabad, Haryana ("we"), handles information when you message our WhatsApp number +91 70659 68144.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and profile name.
• What you tell us in the chat: your name, area or PIN code, the car you are interested in, and your questions.
• Your location, only if you choose to share it with the "Send location" button in WhatsApp, or allow it when our website or booking page asks.
• The messages exchanged with us and their timestamps.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange a test drive or call back.
• To send your enquiry to the YouWe VinFast showroom nearest to you, whose sales team will contact you.
• To follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of it.

Replies may be written with the help of an AI model, using only our published car and offer information. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who can see it

Our lead desk and the sales staff of the showroom handling your enquiry. Our service providers process it on our behalf: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (area names for a map point only) and OpenRouter (AI replies). Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.

Location from our website

When you tap Book on WhatsApp or Use my location / Find my nearest showroom on youwevinfast.com or our booking page, your browser may ask whether to share your location. On some booking pages it may ask as soon as the page opens; a note on the page says why. Saying no is fine: everything still works and we ask for your area instead. If you allow it, we use your location only to find your nearest showroom: we turn it into an area name and PIN code (for example "Rajouri Garden, 110027"), which is added to your WhatsApp message so you can see and change it before sending. The location itself is kept with your website visit for at most 30 days and then deleted (also from your enquiry record). For places outside our area list we ask OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to name the area; it receives only the map point, never your name or number.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry is active and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Location from our website: at most 30 days (see above).

Your choices

• Reply STOP at any time and we will not message you again.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to crm@youwevinfast.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days.

We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as applicable.
